I met up wit a dood that wanted me to support his music career and his complaint was that he has 7 different kids by 7 different women and he needs to make money to pay for these kids, like its a bill or something. He was living wit a junkie stripper, his c.d. wasnt good at all, but he fit the stereotypical young black man. He creates problems and all he can do is try to sell me on his dreams, when I dont "believe" in those dreams all of a sudden I'm "just like them" (the whites he accuses of causing his problems). I'm like look dood, aint nobody gave me shit, I had to work and hustle ( 4 real hustle)for my every opportunity. I should have went to school (colledge) but I didnt so I got to work 3 times harder than someone half as talented as me but who has more education. The unfortunate moral of this story is that this young "rapper" is hustlin crack and weed, which he will end up going to prison and his kids are going to grow up, bitter and mad at a system but in actuallity its is their dads and moms fault for not being responsible. Another very close friend of mine, lives wit his babys mom who has a good job. This friend is chasing the dream of a rapper but he barely wants to work at it. He is good, I mean really good but he expects some one to do all of the work for him. His daughter only sees a dad who is at home all of the time, and being older 11 years older and a father to a daughter I try to put him up on game, but again he "aint tryin to hear the shit Im sayin cuz he gonna be rich and everybody is gonna suck his dick". Its a million and one artists and producers out there, I tell him that Ive lived the music dream and was sucessfull, now Im working in a corporate job thats not even related to the music bussiness. He has to prepare his self for that reality if he doesnt make it, his babys mom aint gonna support him 4 ever and his work ethic isnt strong enough to make it in the competitive music bussiness.. He thinks he knows everything,, I got mad luv fo my nigga, but he is soon to be another statistic. @ Panther
