There are always three stories, his/her's and the truth. All I knonw is we can all sit back and judge but we don't know what we would have done until we were in that position. Stillnotta, you ask why didn't they call 911...I am sure they were in SHOCK, caught up in the moment...wasn't thinking. We shouldn't guess , we shouldn't judge b/c we were there. Bottom line. That's right I said it and know it first hand. Also the victim left the f-ing kids at home alone on a Friday night. In fact the so called girlfriend didn't have their son that night. It was the fathers turn to have them, did I mention that was Black. So now I state he chose to leave them(the kids) at home to come to her house to attack and hurt them. He beat Marchman, choked him and threatened to kill him. Marchman went to his car to get away only to find all 4 of his tired slashed, a gun shot hole in the gas tank of the vehicle and a stronger, larger Black coming after him for more. OH YEAH DID I MENTION THAT BLACK HAD A CROE BAR, SCREW DRIVER, AND A GUN HOLSTER ON HIS HIP.. Let's also mention that the 9MM that Black had was loaded in his car (but I guess you missed that part). Marchman who has a license to carry a loaded weapon yelled for the neighbor to call 911 and warned Black to stop. Black kept coming and Marchman fired. LET'S SPEAK ABOUT SELF DEFENSE, CHARACTER, LIFE AND DEATH. Don't send negative BLOGS WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW $HIT. So let's sum this whole thing up... Police report shows the victim left his children home alone without adult supervision, he broke into the home and ran straight at Marchman and attacked him while Marchman sat on the couch. Marchman then retreated, asked for help before being pursued again, and a result… one man is dead multiple children lose a father and another prosperous life is compromised. All of this to save your own life as well as the young lady's. He did all that he could do to defend his self in self defense.
