Let’s first deal with the issue of race. Whether or not Barack Obama is Black or Black enough if it weren’t for my homestate of Tennessee adopting the stating that if a person has one drop of Black in them, they can’t be considered white. While this law was passed to further segregate America as well as oppress Black American’s more with Jim Crow laws. Almost 100 years later some of the descendants of those same people have the nerve to complain that someone that THIS country deemed Black is getting a free ride or is an affirmative action president. My how the tides turn. Let us remember that while Barack Obama is half Black, he’s half white. However it’s apparent that in lieu of 23 of 46 of his chromosomes being from a Black man, there must be something wrong with him.

Must we forget that it was less than a lifetime ago (40 plus years) that Black people had to use separate restrooms, separate lunch counters, and separate educational institutions. But now since segregation is over and in ‘64 we got full right to vote, everything is supposed to be ok?

Fox News and other radical white extremists (yes I said it. To me, smear campaigns, overt racism, and blatant ignorance to fact is a form of terrorism) have a problem with Barack Obama because he’s not like Jesse Jackson. They have a problem with Barack Obama because he’s not like Al Sharpton. To quote a line from Jay-Z he’s “cut from the cloth of the Kennedy’s,” and endorsed by them! He’s genuinely good. He’s a mind meld of all of the great leaders of our historic era.

Let’s say hypothetically that he’s guilty by association via Rev. Jeremiah Wright. If that’s the case, then we need to condemn EVERY political leader, democrat or republican, for any association with Stromm Thurmond.

In conclusion, Barack Obama is the best person for candidate of President of the United States. As much as Fox News and other shady outlets try to deny him, they can’t. He represents unity, hope, and change. Try as they might, those are three things you can’t make look bad.
